History
Our founder, volunteered to leave the Fortune 100 company where he had been employed for the past 9 years. He felt a strong calling to make a difference in technology for startups and small to mid-size businesses.
He identified gaps in the Technical Consulting industry. He saw multiple consulting firms providing services on their terms rather than their clients.
He also witnessed countless situations where a solution was delivered for a client that was full of technical jargon. Often leaving clients with lots of questions about what was done, how it was done, and what future support looked like.
He performed a thorough evaluation of the technical consulting market, as he wanted to understand the landscape and culture of existing consulting firms.
His research led him to the decision to start Trust Technical Solutions, with the goal of becoming a technology partner that clients could trust.
He began providing project management, business analysis, and technical analysis to a few clients.
In early 2011 we added to our services, as we began to develop websites for small to mid-size businesses.
We knew there were clients that didn’t have the technical expertise or the bandwidth to build their own websites. Furthermore, they couldn’t afford to pay the prices and fees of many of the agencies providing this service.
More important to us, was insuring that our clients had the ability to modify the content and images on their business websites, rather than having to pay a developer for these small but necessary changes.
In 2014, without marketing our website services anywhere other than our own website, word of mouth brought us to the milestone of launching our 50th website for clients across several industries.
We entered the SEO market at the request of a client. This client had previously utilized a well-known firm for their SEO needs. However, the client didn’t feel that they were getting personalized service or the results they were paying for…
We developed a tool set and communication strategy to deliver monthly SEO updates to the clients that clearly identify the results of our SEO work.
As we all know, 2020 created many issues for all of us. Small businesses were some of the hardest hit.
Small businesses were struggling to survive due to restrictions associated with COVID. They began looking for ways to reach their customers and reduce inefficiencies within their organization.
The expertise of our team on both the business and technology side of companies, provided us with a unique opportunity to assist our clients. And we did just that! We delivered on each project in 2020 with the same passion that led us to start Trust Technical Solutions in 2010.
